Wade and creative director Stu Stobbs have rebranded ad agency proximity#ttp as Studio 4332 and turned it into what they call an out-and-out creative studio. That means not just advertising but also a front-office store where staff can showcase their creative and commercial skills. Goods such as distinctive rings and lamps will be displayed and sold. Wade says: "Clients will see we are looking for trends. The store will showcase our creativity."

The agency describes itself as "media-agnostic" - it will provide whatever service a client needs, be it digital, activation, direct or even electronic customer relationships management. It remains affiliated to Proximity Worldwide.

Highlights included winning the local account for The Economist, against the global Ogilvy group. Says Wade: "Marketing has become a two-way dialogue. It's no longer just advertising but also consumer engagement."
