You win some, you lose some. Quite a client turnover last year. Sasol, Glocell, Delta Airlines, Western Union and Avon in; SAA, Nedbank, National Empowerment Fund and Ferrero Trading all out. Inbound accounts are worth R113m in billings, and departures R61m.

The FM has had plenty to say about the group in recent months. Nchabeleng took exception to our suggestion that the agency is in financial difficulty, and to client comments that it has been unfocused. His response is that it has been going through a restructuring.

Anita Prendergast's appointment this year to head the Leo Burnett and Red Nail agencies has brought some much-needed stability. There's a new digital division and the Africa network is being strengthened.
