There was nothing wrong with its creative output before, but market expectations now are even higher. New business added 60% to billings last year, which in turn led to 30% growth in net revenue and a projected 55% rise in net profit. A swathe of gold, silver and bronze awards at the 2008 Loeries wasn't matched this time round, but no one doubts the agency's creative potential. It's represented on the Creative Circle executive committee, SA Design Council and other bodies. New accounts last year were Johns Hopkins, Fifa.com, Eduloan and Anglo American, providing combined billings of R66m.
