Last year the agency consolidated its position as a leader in through-the-line advertising and promotion. It has also shifted to a fee-based structure rather than the more popular rate-card model.

The agency won five of nine pitches it entered. New accounts were Smile Communications, Emperors Palace, Western Union, Chery SA, Mazista Tiles and Eternity Private Health Fund Administrators. Together, they brought in another R30m in business. After Absa, the biggest accounts are Chery, Colgate-Palmolive, Emperors Palace and Plascon.
