It reports that last year an aggressive client drive resulted in the acquisition of 25 new clients, who contributed 31% of total revenue. Despite smaller budgets, 71% of the previous year's clients signed on for new projects.
The agency says it has streamlined its core offerings into three "pillars" - portfolio planning, positioning and innovation. In January this year it launched its Brand Archetype game, designed to help brands with their positioning and portfolio planning.
