M&A winners

PR agency marcusbrewster has been named SA financial PR firm of the year in the International Mergers & Acquisitions Awards. The winners were announced this month by Acquisition International magazine.

Nominated in the financial advisory category, marcusbrewster was one of 15 SA firms honoured including Pricewaterhouse Cooper (financial due diligence provider), Maitland (fund administrator of the year) and Bernardt Vukic Potash & Getz ( boutique law firm of the year). Adams & Adams was a double winner, earning its stripes as SA intellectual property firm of the year and SA franchise law firm of the year.
